Choose Your Exhibit Space
Make note of which size / price you'd like.
- 10' x 10' = $1,200
- 10' x 10' corner or endcap = $1,300
- 10' x 15' = $1,750
- 10' x 20' = $2,200
- 10' x 20' corner or endcap = $2,300
- 300 sq ft or larger (bulk rate) = $10 / sq ft
How to Reserve Your Space
1 - Choose your space. Review the pricing (above) and the floor plan (below), and note at least three booth locations you'd like (on the application).
2 - Apply online. Submit the exhibitor application with at least three preferred locations. It takes about five minutes. (see below)
3 - Watch for your contract. Our team reviews each application and emails a contract shortly after approval.
4 - Sign and pay to confirm. Your space is reserved once your signed contract and payment are received.
Show Floor Plan
Please make note of at least 3 preffered locations on the floor plan. You will need to enter these requests while filling out your application. We will attempt to place you in your desired spot, or as close as possible to your preferred locations.

Exhibitor FAQs
Who attends the show?
Brides, most often with their mothers, bridesmaids, and fiancés. Most are in the early to middle stages of planning and actively looking for vendors.
How are booth locations assigned?
We place exhibitors using the preferences on your application, in the order signed contracts and payments are received. We also balance categories across the floor so no area has several of the same type of business side by side.
Can I set up my space however I'd like?
Yes. Booths are sold by floor space, so you can design your display to fit your business, whether that's a table, a lounge setup, or a full styled vignette. Tables, chairs and other amenities are available to rent.
I'm already exhibiting. Where can I find move-in details and order forms?
