Our Story

A Tulsa tradition for brides, home again.

A Tulsa tradition since 1993

For more than three decades, The Tulsa Wedding Show has helped brides find the people who bring their day to life. Founded in 1993 by Rod and Vicki Taylor, Certified Bridal Show Producers, the show began with a simple idea: planning a wedding is better face to face.

Generations of Tulsa brides have walked its aisles with their mothers, bridesmaids, and fiancés, tasting cakes, meeting photographers, and booking the professionals who made their day unforgettable.

Back where it belongs

For more than two decades, The Tulsa Wedding Show called the ballrooms of the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center home. Now, the show is back where it belongs.

It's a homecoming for longtime exhibitors, for families who remember attending, and for every new generation of brides planning their own big day.

In great hands

Today, The Tulsa Wedding Show is proudly produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, the team behind some of Tulsa's most-loved events, including the Tulsa Home & Garden Show and the Tulsa Parade of Homes.

The heart of the show hasn't changed. It's still about brides, the local professionals who serve them, and one inspiring day under one roof. What's new is the experience and care of a team that has spent decades bringing Tulsa together, now with a fresh look at what a wedding show can be.

What makes our show different

A woman in a white wedding gown holds a bouquet of flowers, standing between two tall floral arrangements in a decorated room.

Brides come first.

Every detail, from the VIB hour to the flow of the show floor, is designed around the bride and the people helping her plan.

Woman in a white dress stands among vibrant floral arrangements in an elegantly decorated, sunlit event space, holding a menu or program and smiling.

Local professionals you can trust.

Meet Tulsa's wedding pros face to face, so you know who you're booking before you sign.

Five women, one wearing a “Bride to Be” sash, walk together smiling at a wedding expo with decorated booths and bridal gowns in the background.

An experience worth celebrating.

Planning should feel exciting. Bring your people and make a day of it.
