Frequently Asked Questions

What is a wedding show?

A wedding show is the perfect place for couples to meet vendors, get inspired, and find everything they need for their big day. From cake tastings to floral designs and exclusive deals, it’s a one-stop shop to help you plan, whether you're just starting or finalizing the details.

I already found lots of things online, so why should I attend?

While you’ve found plenty online, attending a wedding show lets you experience everything in person—taste the cakes, touch the materials, and see the details up close. It’s also a great way to meet vendors face-to-face and get a better feel for who will be the best fit for your big day. Plus, it’s a fun and interactive way to get inspired with your wedding crew!

Can I bring my wedding party, family, and friends?

Bring them all (and that includes your fiance) so they can share this fun day with you. Everyone loves wedding shopping!

What should I bring?

To make the most of your wedding show experience, plan ahead. Start by making a list of what you still need and research the exhibitors to pinpoint who you want to visit. Bring color swatches or fabric samples to stay on track. Wear comfy shoes, arrive early, and bring address labels with your name, contact info, and wedding date to save time during prize drawings.

Will I be able to get some great deals?

Many exhibitors offer exclusive discounts and special deals only available at the show. While there’s no pressure to buy right away, you may find an irresistible offer you don’t want to miss.

What questions should we be asking the exhibitors?

A show is a very efficient way to check out all of your options in a single day. Be prepared with a list of questions that are important to your decision-making process. You might want to start by checking availability on your wedding date.  If they’re booked, you don’t have to waste your time or theirs.

How long should I plan on staying?

If you're just starting your wedding planning, plan to spend the entire day and arrive early to beat the crowds. If you're close to finishing up, an hour or two may be enough. In that case, consider skipping the first hour to avoid the initial rush.

What about parking?

It's Free.

“My Fiancé and I saw everything from venues, photographers/videographer, food caterers, fitness trainer, wedding band jewelry, DJ services, etc. Speaking with some of the vendors we have researched was helpful and testing the cake and food items from various vendors gave us tangible ideas!”
