Terms and Conditions
○ All monies must be paid 31 days prior to the event or a 20% collection fee will apply, without prior written authorization, unless the contract is signed with less than 31 days before the contracted show. Contract terms after 31 days apply. Contracted items are secured with payment in full only with more than 31 days before show day. If full payment is not received when due, the exhibitor may be replaced and any monies already paid retained by TTWS.
○ In the event that a Vendor fails to attend the event, all monies will be retained as damage. Vendor shall not be credited for any income that TaylorWorks receives from reassignment or releasing the location to another Vendor. Fees cannot be credited toward another event. All contracts are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. There are no agreements other than the ones listed here.
○ If for any reason TaylorWorks determines the event should be relocated or the date of the event changed, no refund will be made, but the Vendor will be given the same benefits and space at the rescheduled event. TaylorWorks shall not be liable to Vendor or otherwise have any obligation to Vendor if the event is cancelled, postponed or relocated, except as specifically provided herein.
○ Vendor is responsible for removing everything from the space at the conclusion of the event and shall leave the space
○ If the space is not adequately cleaned, Vendor will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
○ TaylorWorks reserves the right to restrict the operation or evict any Vendor, prior to or during the event, who detracts from the general character of the event.Vendor will provide everything necessary for their own display.
○ TaylorWorks provides floor space, (1) table as indicated on contract, table covering, pipe and drape.
○ The person and/or company being represented by the person signing this contract agrees that they will indemnify and hold guiltless TaylorWorks and all persons connected from any third party actions arising from the actions of TaylorWorks connected with the operation of The Tulsa Wedding Show.
○ Vendor will not be allowed to occupy any space except the one they have purchased. This includes any unoccupied spaces or unfilled spaces. All activities must be confined to the limits of rented space.
○ Vendor agrees not to promote in any way any businesses /events, not participating/associated with The Tulsa Wedding Show.
○ Any photos, video or any other representations taken of Vendors or Vendor booth spaces by Show or media representatives at the Show are the property of The Tulsa Wedding Show and can be used for Show Promotion.
○ If Vendor violates any part of this agreement, Vendor will be discharged and forfeit all monies paid.
○ TaylorWorks reserves the right to substitute comparable display space if, for some reason, the space contracted for becomes unavailable. TaylorWorks provides no security and is not liable for any items stolen.
○ Vendor agrees the lead list (contact information of brides and/or grooms and/or/attendees collected as a result of the Show) may be used only by the company whose name appears on this contract for the sole benefit of that company. A company which shares or allows its lead lists to be used in any way by any other individual or company agrees to pay an amount equal, but not limited to the advertising expenses incurred by TaylorWorks for the show in which the Vendor participated. This amount will include attorneys’ and/or any other necessary professional fees for the litigation and/or mediation and/or arbitration and collection of judgment.
○ Vendor agrees to keep their booth space open to the public until the advertised time for close of the show. If booth is packed or broken down early, vendor forfeits access to lead lists and jeopardizes position in future shows.
○ FORCE MAJEURE: “The Tulsa Wedding Show is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this contract, if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure. Force Majeure includes but is not limited to war, terrorist acts, riots, disaster, strikes, floods, epidemics, government mandate of God or other event outside the control of either party
